The Design to Installation process for Air Conditioning services

There are no hidden extras and no surprises our extensive free site survey will make sure of this. Not only will we survey your premises for the installation of air conditioning we will pay just as much attention to any building and electrical works that will need to be carried out to accommodate the final installation.

After the initial survey we will design your air conditioning  system then formally prepare our quotation. The quotation will translate in both technical and layman’s terms to the customer’s exact requirements as interpreted by Air-control.

Once the quotation has been accepted we will order the equipment and materials needed and issue you with a schedule of works, method statements and health and safety documentation. The project is then handed over to the installation team.

All of our engineers have a wealth of experience and are qualified to the national requirement. All hold CITB safe handling of refrigerant cards. The installation team are briefed in full that all areas are to be kept clean and tidy at all times. At Air-control we pride ourselves that all our work is carried out to the highest of standards. Air-control

recognise that the specification of the piped and electrical services is no less important than the plant itself. We only use the best materials available.

All electrical works will be carried out to IEE regulations and in accordance to BS7671. Test certificates will be issued.

When the work is complete, the systems are fully commissioned in line with the manufacturers recommendations. Then handed over with any staff training on the operation of the systems you require. We will then issue you with an Air-control handover folder which will contain the operational and maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, commissioning records and electrical test certificates.

We will then offer preventative maintenance agreements and full after sales support, supported by up to a 36 month warranty The next visit we then make to your company will either be for routine maintenance or to install more air conditioning.
